Doug Hamilton

Having graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Strathclyde University (in the era before mobile phones…), Doug's career has been in two halves. The first was running teams delivering capital projects in the water and waste water sector, working for contractors and consultants alike. The second has been in providing behavioural change solutions linked to business outputs, mainly in construction and project delivery. In that capacity, he has worked with every size of business from micro to multinational, on a global basis, pioneering new approaches with clients as needed. Doug is also a non executive director and strategic advisor to SME companies and in the charity field.

• BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering
• Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Member of Institution of Mechanical Engineers (CEng MIMechE)
• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence
• Member of International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (MIIRSM)
