A little about Michelle
I have 29 years of experience of High Risk Metal Recycling Foundries and more recently 7 years In Social Housing. My strength lies in balancing compliance with practicality. I believe health and safety should enable—not obstruct. I believe in creating a culture of psychological safety, where colleagues feel confident to challenge, take responsibility for their own solutions, and act safely because they want to—not because they have to.
